The model and texture looks awesom. You finally finished this!
..but yea it's pretty bright for a night scene...well it looks like there's a spotlight in front of her. may be try less uniform light and more dramatic lighting.
on the lighting, it does seem to be a bit bright to not be explained...it would be nice to find a way to get a soft warm light coming from the left to balance out the moonlight...also, some bounce light stripes from the water would look good on the dark side of the dorsal fin...
